Nominees must be full-time faculty members whose assignment includes advising undergraduate students; or full-time advisors whose assignments include undergraduate students. Nominees must have advised undergraduate students at Kent State University for a minimum of five consecutive years. Previous Raymond J. Kuhn and Shirley J. Kuhn Excellence in Undergraduate Advising Award winners are not eligible. National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) recommended practices and standards criteria will be used to evaluate nominations.
