Special Instructions: Animation and Film/Video categories must be submitted on DVDs which must be playable on a Television DVD player. Only one submission per disk. We strongly encourage posting the piece on YouTube.com to enable looped viewing at the gallery.
**Submission must include a statement about what the piece represents. Design must be original.
